Annual Physicals

Don't forget to book your child's annual physical early!  There could be up to a 3 month wait.  Also, please notify our office if you need an updated physical form or copy of immunization records for school, daycare, sports, or camp.  Please allow 10-14 days for processing.

Refilling Prescriptions
Please allow 2 business days for our office to process prescription refill requests.

Flu Vaccines-Beginning early Fall!
The American Academy of Pediatrics recommends all children with 6 months to 18 years be immunized for sesaonal influenza.   Please contact our office to book an appointment for his/her flu shot. 


If your insurance doesn’t cover the flu shot,  you will be responsible for a $15 fee,  however, no one will be denied because of an inability to pay
